Foamco was hired by Bear Mountain Inn, in Tompkins Cove, to spray closed cell and open cell foam in the roof slopes and exterior areas that were in desperate need of insulation. The Inn had recently undergone a renovation, yet little to no inslation was installed. Our salesman, Dave Vasseur, worked personally with Bear Mountain Inn's Maintenance Manager, Larry Palumbo, to make sure their needs were met to the highest standard. Foamco's expert installers were able to reach every accessible area to seal the thermal envelope and bring their heating and cooling costs down tremendously! And guests visiting the Bear Mountain Inn will be more comfortable than ever!

The rustic architecture of the Inn posed a challenge for our installers. Every wooden panel on the walls (and in some cases the ceiling) needed to be removed in order to spray. Then we reinstalled the panels to make sure it looked perfect again.

Our installers faced the challenge of accessing all the hidden areas within the structure. Behind walls, above the Spa, in numerous ceiling rooms, and hidden doorways like this... we went the extra mile to get the job done.

Our spray foam insulation can now offer superior air sealing. They won't have to worry about spending too much on heating and cooling, or their guests being uncomfortable!

Our Foamco salesman made sure that key areas, like above this doorway, were properly insulated so our client wouldn't continue to lose heated/cooled air from this area.

Even the bar area needed spray foam insulation. Our installers carefully removed ceiling tiles in order to reach the exterior walls and spray foam these unprotected areas. We were able to reach every nook and cranny!
